    Job Description

    The Role: We're now recruiting for an Internal Support Engineer to join our busy team based in Wisborough Green. The main focus of this role is to provide support for the use of key business applications. The role can be varied and covers a wide range of technologies so the candidate must be able to adapt to changes in responsibilities and duties as appropriate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for the use of key business applications.
    • Handle incoming calls from users.
    • Operate a helpdesk system responding to problems quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange.
    • Build, service and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
    • Ensure systems are kept up-to-date and maintained in line with best practice.
    • Co-ordination with 3rd party vendors to support systems.
    • To follow and aid in the development and deployment of ISO processes and software solutions in line with business strategy and the priority set by management.
    • Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies and where appropriate participate in projects relating to supported applications and new systems for the business.
    • Assist in the support of onsite meeting room equipment (Poly, Cisco, Surface Hub), WiFi and printing
    • Occasional out of hours work may be required as and when necessary.
