Do you have 1 + years' experience in Logistics Sales?
Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive & Account Manager to join our business in Burton On Trent on a permanent basis.
The starting salary is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum with numerous benefits of company car allowance and commission structures and the working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
4% EE and ER pension, 25 days holiday that increases by 1 day per year from 3 years' service until 28 days have been achieved + bank holidays, Medicash, 3 x Life AssuranceCar allowance from start

Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics industry, including but not limited to warehousing, transportation, and distribution services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management for informed decision-making
Work as part of the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations, provide guidance, coaching and support where needed
Negotiate favourable terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of customer onboarding, sales initiatives and projects
1 years experience in logistics sales experience minimum
Good presentational and customer service skills with a logical approach to problem solving
Proactively seeks out new sales opportunities
Call Grace on between the hours of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
