    What will you be doing?

    We are looking for an Engine System Test Engineer who has a good understanding of how a diesel engine works, ideally with an automotive background. Based in the dynamic environment of Coventry, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

    Your main responsibilities will be

    • Engine development, Performance Analysis, Test and Verification
    • Test rig Engine Simulation
    • Process Improvement
    • Customer & Supplier project management
    • Different testing activities for Engine subcomponents (injector, pumps...)
    • Report writing and Data analysis

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
    • 3+ YOE as an Engine Test Engineer, preferably within the automotive industry
    • Expertise in testing and validation of different engine subcomponents such as injectors and pumps
    • Strong understanding about Diesel Engine/ Fuel Injection Systems / Engine Calibration.
    • Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
