    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product Operations leader to join our team. The Head, Product Ops will be responsible for optimising the operational processes related to our product and portfolio lifecycle. This tried and tested leader will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective execution across cross-functional teams to drive the success of our products in the market.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize the end-to-end processes related to the entire product development lifecycle, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment across product management, engineering, alliances, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of product initiatives, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and managing risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning to drive ongoing enhancements to products and processes.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks that may impact product development or launch, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the status of product initiatives, key metrics, and operational performance.
  • Market Analysis: Lead the analysis of market opportunity, performance and recommendations to the product and engineering teams to drive a strategic market strategy.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly experienced in product management, operations management, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
