We are looking for a Manufacturing Digital Delivery Lead MDI (McCain Driving Impact) to join our #WeAreMcCain family.

McCain is embarking on a digital transformation. As part of this transformation, we are making significant investments into our data systems, structures and policies.

We are building digital products for our customers, key suppliers and McCain team members to enable digital processes and data-driven automation over time.

Our Technology team's goal is to inspire growth through innovative technology experiences. Our digital teams are key to deliver this ambition. McCain has established digital teams in Agriculture and Commercial and we are now looking forward to expanding our investments in Manufacturing embedded in our MDIxAI program


It's the job of our Manufacturing Digital Delivery Lead to work closely with the Director Digital Manufacturing, plant teams and product owners to
drive the development and execution of Digital strategy for Manufacturing into the plant.

Leading the execution of the Digital roadmap into the plant and realization of the business case in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall enablement of MDI x AI initiatives at plant level
  • Track progress & deliverables and make tradeoff decisions between content & timing
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines across teams (e.g., link between product owners and plant teams)
  • Resolve deployment roadblocks, escalate to Digital Mfg. Lead as needed
  • Gather relevant inputs and feedback from key stakeholders, including product owners, plant teams, technical experts (tech, engineering & data)
  • Resolve adoption obstacles to ensure long lasting solution adoption
  • Identify and empower solutions "advocates" within plant teams to boost adoption
  • Mitigate deployment risks and ensure businessasusual continuation during deployment of MDI x AI solutions
  • Proactively identify and minimize deployment impact on process/roles
  • Coordinate deployment process with key stakeholders, prioritizing core business operations
  • Report progress to Digital Mfg. Leadership and raise blockers, with solutionoriented mindset to continue driving program forward in a timely manner
  • Distil key deployment learnings from each project phase, to carry forward best practices as deployment scales to other plants (and for future phases at own plant)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Several years of experience working with a focus in Manufacturing, evidence of progressive roles
  • Ability to build rapport across functional teams, meet with the business with excellent business acumen; Negotiate business requirements to align with the technology design team.
  • Act as a trusted ambassador to the manufacturing team; Coach, mentor and guide them to accomplish MDIxAI program goals.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
  • Demonstrated skill in change and change management
  • Good business acumen, understands how to drive value through the use of technology and data
  • A strong passion, energy and enthusiasm to achieve and excel with your gogetter attitude and high motivation

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline
  • Master's Degree or Applied Certificate in Manufacturing or related field
