Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM, this role is instrumental in optimising the performance of Liberty's multi-million pound budget across all digital channels.     Responsibilities

    As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the digital marketing team, with a dedicated focus on developing customer-centric strategies, driving the achievement of commercial targets for Liberty by optimising spend across all digital performance channels in the UK and internationally.

    • Leading, developing, and empowering a high-performing team across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, and SEO.
    • Managing the selection, relationship, and performance of all partner agencies.
    • Developing and executing comprehensive cross-channel strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
    • Forecasting channel budgets and closely monitoring performance against target KPIs.
    • Delivering insightful analysis to measure performance against targets and recommending strategic optimisations.
    • Cultivating a test-and-learn culture, ensuring continuous optimisation of digital strategies.
    • Effectively communicating strategies and performance insights to the senior leadership team.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders across Liberty, especially in Digital trade, brand, and product teams.
    • Championing idea generation within the team, researching and proposing additional digital marketing opportunities to elevate brand awareness, acquisition, and customer retention.
    • Bridging the digital activity with in-store customer journeys.

    • Possessing a strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret results effectively.
    • Demonstrating experience in designing channel strategies that deliver incremental profit.
    • Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in leading and developing teams and getting optimal performance from agencies.
    • A track record of successfully leading the performance and optimisation of large budgets across all channels.
    • Proficient working knowledge of marketing technology and analytical tools.
    • Genuine passion for Retail, ideally coupled with experience in the luxury sector.
    • Preferred experience in international market growth.
