Here at Lorien we're working in partnership with a rapidly growing IT deployment and services organisation with continued growth and operations spread nationally.

We need an Field engineer to help support the team.

The role:

Day to day you will be tasked with installing and terminating structured cabling along with a range of IT equipment including monitors, self-order kiosks, digital displays, drive thru and advertising solutions.

Skills required:

Driving License: Full and Clean for 12 months
Certification ECS/CSCS
Having hardworking methods
Knowledge of hand tools and equipment
Being selfmotivated
Being proactive
Being flexible
Being able to prioritise effectively
Having teamwork abilities
Having attention for details
Being able to stay calm under pressure

Beneficial skills:

Comfortable working at heights
To be able to work independently or within a team
Must have a willingness to learn
Working with : Cable installation/Pulling Cables

Terminating Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a CAT7 cable by a number of manufacturers

Testing cables

Patching panels

Salary:
£32,000 with Company van provided
