    Graduate Building Surveyor

    Up to £35,000

    London/ Surrey

    Summary

    Carriera is pleased to be working in partnership with a slick, specialist building consultancy, who have enjoyed a phenomenal growth trajectory over the last few years. With an enviable and bullet-proof client base, and growing demand for their expert services, Carriera now have been tasked to source for them a junior level addition to bolster their team of circa 20 surveyors.

    About the position

    A traditional Building Surveying opportunity, you will gain exposure to all core service lines. Supporting some of the most established, and highly thought of surveyors in the industry, you'll be client-facing from day one, working predominantly within the commercial space.

    Services you will be expected to undertake are:

    • Schedules of dilapidations
    • Technical due diligence
    • Contract administration
    • Project management
    • Reinstatement cost assessments

    About you

    You will be degree educated, with either a BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (2.1 minimum grade).

    The ideal candidate will be a 'fresh' graduate, or up to 12 months' industry experience.

    Culturally, the business are sociable and hard-working, much of their success being based on the affable nature of their team, so ideally you should fit a similar profile.
