Complaints Call Handler for Royal MailIntroduction:
Pertemps presents an exciting opportunity to join the esteemed Royal Mail team in Plymouth.
We are searching for experienced Complaints Call Handlers to deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and finding solutions over the phone.
If you have a background in call centres or complaints handling, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
Respond to a high volume of customer queries and complaints in a call centre environment, adhering to specified call handling times.
Utilise multiple computer systems for updating customer records, parcel tracking, information retrieval, and call detail recording.
Meet individual call quality and volume Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while supporting team members in achieving company objectives
Start Date:
Monday, 13th May - Temporary (12 weeks)
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:30 / Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00)
Shift patterns will vary throughout the week, with 4 weeks' notice provided.
Competitive hourly rate:
£11.77 per hour

Requirements:
Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check.
Previous call centre experience is advantageous.
Excellent IT skills with proven experience of using multiple systems
