The Senior Compliance Manager has a critical role in ensuring TTB continues to operate in compliance with all Ofcom and other relevant regulatory standards and industry best practice.

The role holder will do this through identifying and understanding all applicable and new regulatory compliance requirements and supporting management to maintain an effective culture and control environment.

This role is also responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of TTB's ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications promoting a culture of quality to our colleagues that underpins a brilliant service experience for our customers

As the Senior Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible driving and maintaining a culture of compliance and driving change required to ensure TTB meets its current and future compliance requirements.

You will oversee performance against necessary Compliance standards and ensure appropriate policies, process governance, reporting, auditing and remediation activities are completed.

You will be responsible for Industry liaison with relevant external parties and compliance vendors.
The Compliance manager will sit within the TTB Operations Team and will report directly into TBC.
Senior Compliance Manager tasks and responsibilities include :
Responsible for industry liaison with relevant external parties and compliance vendors.

Stay up-to-date with the applicable telecommunications regulations, rules, laws and standards and support management to incorporate new or changed compliance requirements in to the relevant control environment.

Manage and maintain effective relationships with executive level management and key stakeholders, building ownership and accountability for operating in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.

Support the development and implementation of relevant compliance policies and procedures – including ownership of specific policies relevant to the role.

Oversee and support internal and external audits plus annual management reviews to ensure continued conformity with relevant TTB Direct ISO standards.

Manage the regulatory body information request process eg Ofcom and the ICO.

Maintaining Ofcom Metering & Billing certification as defined within the Direction through being he designated OBAPM and overseeing provision of guidance and collation of monthly reporting to the relevant Approval Body.

Managing the yearly compliance budget

Co-ordination of the TTB Enterprise Risk Register collating relevant BUs higher risks and facilitating risk review sessions with executive level management.

Ownership of the Compliance Risk Register and opportunities for improvement identified through compliance tracking Internal or external audits.
Advisory and guidance to the business on general compliance processes and controls
