    About The Role
    Team – Creditors
    Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

    • Strong Excel skills
    • Purchase/Sales Ledger experience
    • Identifying areas in need of process improvement
    What this role is all about:
    To perform reconciliations on our high-profile Vitality partners including Waitrose and Peloton. Ensure accurate Commission Invoices to partners are raised and settled in a timely manner. Carry out cashback calculations due to our members. Prepare monthly accrual journals, and complete the appropriate balance sheet reconciliations. Provides support and training to other junior members within the Team.
    Key Actions
    • Ability to monitor and question accuracy of data and escalate via the right channels to ensure solution
    • Reconcile and prepare the month end financials for high-profile partners on the Vitality Rewards Programme, mainly with the most complex Partners. Take responsibility for the accruals and prepayments, and for the appropriate balance sheet reconciliations
    • Create commission invoices for Waitrose and Peloton ensure these are settled by Partner
    • Process and record all incoming partner invoices in an accurate and timely manner
    • Review, and approve or reject monthly manual refund requests for delayed member Vitality activity points earned
    • During busy periods you may need to assist the team with other partners so deadlines are adhered to
    • Establish and maintain internal controls, including updating process and procedure notes where appropriate
    • Assist with monitoring the team mailboxes, helping to ensure that all queries are responded to within the agreed SLA
    • Provides support and training to other junior members within the Team
    Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines
    • Flexible in working approach, and able to work in a team environment
    • Comfortability and experience with the Vitality Partners and the accounting of them
