    Description

    Waterfront UTC is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher of Engineering who is committed to excellence, to start from September 2024.

    The successful candidate will be a creative and dynamic practitioner and leader who will be able to strive the development of our already thriving Engineering Department and help drive forward our agenda of continuous improvement.

    This is a permanent, full-time role, paid on the basis of MPS/UPS, dependant on experience.
    The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5k.

    This is split into the following payments - £2.5k subject to the successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, and a further £2.5k to be paid from one full academic year from the start date as a retention incentive.

    This is subject to the successful candidateremaining at the school for at least that next year.
