15-month fixed term contract - would consider part-time
Join our client, one of the UK's largest family-owned businesses, within their Framework Team.

As a
Contract Compliance Manager, you'll lead a team that supports the wider business and business partners to achieve common goals.

Reporting to the Head of the department to ensure projects are supported to meet their specific performancerequirements - through the management of key performance indicators and service level agreements.

This position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary for the right experience.

In this position, you'll:

Lead on the delivery and implementation of contract performance requirements
Liaise and support project teams at the beginning phases to ensure a firm understanding of the key objectives and targets concerning framework KPI's
Identify areas of noncompliance and provide support/ guidance to the project team to rectify
Ensuring project teams are committed to the implementation of process improvements so that contract and framework agreements are met, in line with set targets
Ensure reporting deadlines are adhered to
Liaise with support teams to ensure company and stakeholder's social values are also met
Lead on internal and external Performance Audits.
Lead performance management training
Proven track record of reporting, performance tracking, managing deadlines and dealing with internal and external business areas
Strong administration skills
Strong project lead/support experience
Experience in a fastpaced environment
Capable of prioritising/managing volume work and supporting/leading a team in meeting targets and objectives
Excellent with Microsoft Office
Excellent
