15-month fixed term contract - would consider part-time
Join our client, one of the UK's largest family-owned businesses, within their Framework Team.


As a
Contract Compliance Manager, you'll lead a team that supports the wider business and business partners to achieve common goals.

Reporting to the Head of the department to ensure projects are supported to meet their specific performancerequirements - through the management of key performance indicators and service level agreements.

This position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary for the right experience.


In this position, you'll:

  • Lead on the delivery and implementation of contract performance requirements
  • Liaise and support project teams at the beginning phases to ensure a firm understanding of the key objectives and targets concerning framework KPI's
  • Identify areas of noncompliance and provide support/ guidance to the project team to rectify
  • Ensuring project teams are committed to the implementation of process improvements so that contract and framework agreements are met, in line with set targets
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are adhered to
  • Liaise with support teams to ensure company and stakeholder's social values are also met
  • Lead on internal and external Performance Audits.
  • Lead performance management training
  • Proven track record of reporting, performance tracking, managing deadlines and dealing with internal and external business areas
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong project lead/support experience
  • Experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Capable of prioritising/managing volume work and supporting/leading a team in meeting targets and objectives
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent
- stakeholder management skills
