About the Role:


The People Project Co-ordinator will work alongside the General Manager (GM) and will be responsible for supporting the People and Organisation team (P&O) through its journey of continuous improvement, helping to drive efficient processes, thinking through the people and technology impact.

You will support the coordination of the people initiatives with a change programme that delivers a tangible difference to employee experience and deliver a culture of self-organisation.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Pro-actively supporting the GM to deliver across selected activities including Governance, Risk management, Programme Reporting & Resource optimisation.
  • Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of projectoriented work efforts and ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements.
  • Updating P&O operational risk events and identifying and suggesting appropriate controls, escalating where required.
  • Helping coordinate the communication and marketing plan across P&O, working with marketing and internal comms teams to deliver a joinedup approach for P&O
  • Working closely with the GM to engage with key stakeholders across the transformation programme.
  • Preparing packs for Governance Forums and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Managing change requests, detailed project plans, updates, and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider P&O team to identify and maximise operational effectiveness.

What are we looking for in you?**- Previous experience working in project support or consulting

  • Experience in a regulated environment preferred
  • Capable of interacting with both business and P&O stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate progress, risks, issues and actions and updates to dependent teams, stakeholders, and executives in a consumable and digestible manner
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel & Power BI
  • Experience working with change programmes
