Tank are working with a renewables company who are recruiting for an Account manager/ Service Delivery Manager on a permanent basis in Exeter.
Overview
To be the first point of contact for clients in the running of their portfolio and provide high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for Asset Owner and Asset Management
Ensuring the company deliver on all aspects of the O&M contracts.
Liaising with the monitoring team about the performance of the sites
Development, submission and closing of proposals to optimise performance of your portfolio.
Asset monitoring to support the Service Delivery requirements.
On call duty in support of Service Delivery rota
Contract budget and profitability responsibility
Specification:
Previous experience in client relations
Previous service delivery/ account manager experience
Asset Management experience (desirable)
