RESET - Chief Executive Officer

Salary: £67,000-75,000 pa

Location: London/Remote

Reset is seeking to appoint a new CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the organisation in its mission to empower communities across the UK to welcome refugees and grow a community-led welcome. At RESET, we believe in community-led welcome as a sustainable and scalable approach to providing safety for refugees who have been forced to flee their homes.

We are in search of a CEO who places high value on our people, culture, and beliefs. You should be capable of overseeing and managing RESET's priorities and strategies.

Our new CEO will need to establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to drive forward initiatives. Importantly, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that enables employees to work towards achieving our goals.

We seek applicants with a strong advocacy background and a proven track record of influencing government policy and delivering government-funded programmes.
