Job Purpose
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to and convert agency and contractor leads
- Provide a 'Best Advice' approach to offering solutions based on detailed fact find
- Handling objections and closing sales
- Ensure all leads are chased, followedup across at different times of the day to make the most of the referrals ensuring a high level of conversion
- Provide updates to Account Managers on progress of leads and outcomes
- Keep up to date with changes to the service at Workwell and retain knowledge around compliance metrics
- Liaise with Operational teams to escalate customer issues when prompted to do by either the agency consultant or Sales team
- Ensure all appropriate systems are kept up to date with relevant information always relating to the sales and conversion process
- To discuss our different levels of service and aim to offer the premiem service which is the "Plus" package

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales experience in a similar environment advantageous
- Call Centre/ Customer Service Advisor/ Customer Service Skills advantageous
