Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide information about products and services
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experience
  • Upsell products or services when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries or issues

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in English
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,114.02 per year
