Assistant Store Manager | Fort William

Full time | £25,750 + bonus

Come and join one of the largest outdoor UK retailers as an Assistant Store Manager, where you'll combine your love for the outdoors with your drive, enthusiasm and leadership skills As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be a key partner to the Store Manager, creating a seamless experience for all customers

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the nitty-gritty of store operations, from inventory management to audits and financial tasks under a £1mil budget
Setting the example that fuels your team's drive for top-notch customer service.
Creating an inviting atmosphere that gets to the heart of what the customers want.
Stepping up in the Store Manager's absence, keeping the team motivated and the store up to scratch.
Adding your touch to the store's feel, ensuring it shines with high-quality presentation, whilst actively listening to the Store Manager's direction.

Desired Skills:

Have experience assisting with handling budgets, operations and setting up eye-catching displays.
Prioritise excellent customer service and enjoy helping shoppers find the right products for their trips.
Can support in creating the environment for a cohesive team by sharing your enthusiasm for customer satisfaction and the outdoors.
Believe in continuous self-improvement and are committed to enhancing yourself, your store, and colleagues.
