£27,500- £36,000 doe + Benefits and Enhancements**Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Scrub Practitioner to join an independent private hospital based in Hertfordshire. Our client has been providing an extensive range of surgical, medical and day care wards.

We are looking for an experienced Theatre Practitioner to work within this busy hospital which caters for a number of specialities including major surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology and medical patients

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their passion, enthusiasm and commitment to scrub/ theatre nursing and willingness for continuing professional development.

You must be an effective communicator, organised and have the ability to make decisionswithin your scope of practice.

As a Theatre Practitioner at this hospital in Hertfordshire which covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meetthe patient's needs.

You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

Ideally you will be a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with extensive Scrub experience and be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.
