- Mentoring and supporting the engineering teams;
- Fostering a culture of engineering excellence and adherence to industry and company standards among junior team members;
- MSc / MEng or above in Geotechnical Engineering or a related subject;
- Planning, execution and supervision of site investigation works.
- Managing geotechnical projects of various sizes across multi-sectors
- Geotechnical design of various foundation types of various structures
- Proficient user of relevant geotechnical design software - Geostru, Plaxis, Flac, PDisp, Wallap, etc.
- Site engineering and practical support to construction works.
- Awareness and experience of managing commercial risk on projects;
- Extensive experience in the area of geotechnical engineering:
- Experience and understanding of the importance of mentoring and training junior staff.

The role involves providing technical support to both our office and site-based teams, tackling engineering problems across a wide range of market sectors.
You will become an integral part of the company, mixing engineering with project management, mentoring and providing input to the company's strategic development.
The role reports to the Engineering Lead - an Associate Director with overall responsibility for the engineering teams and all technical output of the company.
Lead project meetings and client interactions as the Project Manager;
