- Appraising and underwriting deals, writing Investment Committee papers, and presenting opportunities to the Board
- Undertaking in-depth market research to ensure accurate access to market data, formulate investment strategies and spot trends in the PBSA market ahead of the curve
- Work closely with Asset Management, Development, Operations, and Finance functions to ensure the highest investment performance across the investment life cycle
- Preparing and delivering reports and timely analysis to the Board
- Ad-hoc analyses for the Senior Management team
- Appraising and underwriting deals, writing Investment Committee papers, and presenting opportunities to the Board
- Collaborating with the development and operational management teams (when applicable) to make informed underwriting decisions
- 1-3 years' professional experience
- Strong quantitative skills and modelling abilities essential
- Outstanding academic record, with ACA qualification desired but not essential.
- Advanced level of Excel, Powerpoint
- Excited to work for a small team and happy to get stuck in, reach across departments and go the extra mile to help the business when required
- Relevant experience in student/co-living, property development or fund management preferable though not essential
- £50,000 - £70,000 plus a discretionary bonus

Due to recent growth, following a successful equity raise and with extensive plans to expand their development pipeline, with large-scale PBSA opportunities across the UK, my client is actively looking for an Analyst to join its team based in London.
