Key Responsibilities:
Confirming the legitimacy of persons entering premises/sites and monitoring their verbal interactions and behaviour towards others.
Maintaining safety processes and procedures, including responding to staff assistance alarm activations, fire, or medical emergencies, and ensuring proper maintenance of associated equipment.
Acting as the main point of contact for all visitors and supporting the day-to-day operation of the hub/site, including ensuring the safety of reception/waiting areas.
Requirements:
Genuine care and compassion for visitors, patients, and their families/carers, particularly noting the mental health vulnerabilities of those that attend/utilise our services.
Ability to maintain safety processes and procedures.
Willingness to collaborate with security personnel, if applicable.
Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors
