The CNC roles coming with an attractive hourly rates up to £18.00. The role will work a straight day shift.

As a CNC Setter Programmer, you will set existing products on CNC milling machining centres, including downloading programs, setting of tools and fixtures and making required adjustments to offsets.

In your first few weeks in this CNC Setter Programmer role, you can expect to:

Change tools and tipsFanuc Gcode experience Set new fixtures and check programs for new productsCarry out in-process inspection checks, including the use of air gauging, and document where appropriateOperate CMM for measurement checks.

To apply for this CNC Setter programmer role, you will need experience of HAAS, Mazak and Matsura machining centres.

You will also need the following:
Experience with Fanuc and or Mazak/MazatrolThe ability to work using your initiativeGood interpersonal skillsA methodical approach to work.
