- Deal effectively with a broad range of legal matters including corporate, commercial, regulatory, financial services and litigious matters
- Providing legal support to new business initiatives. For example, negotiating and advising on strategic initiatives and transactions, international expansion, regulatory and governance matters
- Managing internal processes and ensuring proper stakeholder engagement and good governance throughout contract lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to further enhance the efficient operation of the Legal Team

- Manage, drive and own stakeholder relationships with a view to achieving stakeholder satisfaction and enhancing the standing of the Legal Team
- Contribute to the development of the Legal Team by participating in team meetings, business forums/committees (as required) and sharing information and know how
- Advising and helping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to internal and external clients
- Support the business in identifying and managing incidents, exceptions and breaches of regulatory or contractual obligations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of superannuation legislation and trends
