About The Role:

PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Premierseal to source an exceptional Business Administration Apprentice. Assisting across various departments, the role will be varied. Premierseal have a proven track record of recruiting and training apprentices with PETA Ltd.


Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.


About the role:

The Business Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Working with and supporting the Operations, Technical and Commercial teams with administrative duties
  • Assisting with design and estimating work
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting with Health and Safety assessment forms
  • Inputting data onto CRM system
  • Completing reports

Essential Skills:

It is essential that the Business Administrator has the following skills and personal qualities:

  • Good ICT skills including knowledge of Office 36
  • Willing to learn and progress
  • Proactive nature

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required
