Salary: £44,000 to £50,000 Depending on Experience

Hexagon Care Services is one of the leading providers of specialist residential care, education, and therapeutic services to children. We have over 50 Children's Homes, 5 Crisis Intervention services, and 14 trauma informed schools across England.
The Limes School is an independent therapeutic school situated in Ashton under Lyne in Greater Manchester. At The Limes School provide inclusive and specialist education for up to six boys aged 11 to 18 years old and they value and nurture the unique qualities of all their students. The school aims to provide high quality person-centred learning which recognises and builds on existing strengths and opens new avenues of learning.
At KS3 the school will offer a broad and balanced education in line with the national curriculum. At KS4 the school will offer a range of accreditation including ASDAN, Entry Level and Functional Skills. There is the option to study GCSEs for the more academically able students.
The successful post-holder will bring great leadership, passion, and vision to developing and delivering high quality education. The school will work in close partnership with other professionals to provide a holistic package of support which may also include children living in care and accessing therapeutic support.
The students attend education 4 full days Monday to Thursday, and Friday morning, leaving Friday afternoon for PPA/team meetings. The current staffing structure of the school is the headteacher, 1x Teachers and 3x Teaching Assistants/Higher Level Teaching Assistants
