    This sales function requires a high-performing Sales Manager to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

    Responsibilities include maximising our sales potential, creating strategic 5-Yr sales plans and delivering those to plans to senior management.

    Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing opportunities for Smiths Interconnect FOCOM products
    Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence within the Space, Defence & Aerospace markets
    Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing stakeholders within the selling process
    Create, present and execute a credible Sales Forecast
    Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team
    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    ~3+ years of sales experience within a Tech environment would be beneficial
    ~ Proven ability to drive the sales process from conception to completion
