We are currently looking for a driven and focussed Accounts Administrator (Part Time) to join a successful property management company based in Northampton.

This is a permanent position, working 24-28 hours per week spread over 4 days and offering a competitivesalary.

The role:

  • Allocate and process payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Collate invoices
  • Administer BACS payments
  • Accurately run monthend reports
  • Reconcile and post debit card receipts
  • Efficiently administer and record office income, expenditure and financial transactions
  • Management of the accounting system
  • General accounts administration and support colleagues when required

You:

  • Previous experience within accounts / bookkeeping is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of sales ledger
  • Works well within a team and on their own
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Thrives on working under pressure with the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, cando attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

The Package:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
hours per week
