Position: Senior Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and deliver intricate projects while providing subject matter expertise in at least one of our key capability areas (Strategy & Innovation, Change, Op Model, Delivery Excellence, and Process Excellence). You will oversee the end-to-end execution of consulting projects, engaging with clients, professionals, and team members. Your responsibilities will include crafting requirements for new applications and/or infrastructure, implementing innovative solutions, and demonstrating the value of our offerings to clients to enhance business performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing key deliverables across accounts, expanding your professional network, and actively pursuing new business opportunities through strategic planning and pitch development.

In addition to project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing Analysts and Consultants, contributing to internal initiatives aimed at achieving company objectives. Senior team members will provide comprehensive support to foster your personal brand, career growth, and development. Occasional travel to client sites, both within the UK and internationally, will be required.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute complex consulting projects, leveraging expertise in at least one of our capability areas.

Apply Waterfall and Agile principles and methodologies as appropriate.

Collaborate with clients to formulate feasible cost reduction strategies and translate them into actionable implementation plans.

Prepare comprehensive analyses, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders, summarizing project scope, findings, and outcomes.

Coordinate resources and information to facilitate efficient data collection, access, and analysis.

Cultivate and maintain key client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at achieving company objectives.

Provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts and Consultants, fostering their professional development.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in external, client-facing Management Consulting roles.

Demonstrated expertise in leading and executing projects within at least one of our capability areas.

Strong understanding of best practices in IT and Digital transformation implementations.

Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.

Exceptional consulting skills and the ability to draft compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in communicating complex problems, quantitative analysis, and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Advanced analytical and modeling skills, particularly in Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong project management capabilities.

Ability to build and nurture relationships effectively.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Solid commercial acumen.

Willingness to work across various sectors and project types.

Commitment to continuous learning and development.

Passion for IT and digital trends.
