    We are looking to recruit a Service Manager to work for Bespoke Commercial Cleaning. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful growing cleaning company.

    Responsibilities:
    Deliver high cleaning standards and the client's expectations Conduct the site audits and implement the resolutions towards it Managing the portfolio across London/Multi- sites ResolveanyClientcomplaintsandadapttheprocessandlong-term solutions Manage and supervise your team effectively Ensure that cleaning operatives are working the correct hours Ensurethatallcleaningtasksarecarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecification that arises Providetechnicaltrainingasandwhenrequiredforallcleaningstaffandliaisewiththe Operations Manager for additional training requirements Monitor and review cleaning staff performance AdvisetheOperationsManagerofanypotentialdisciplinaryissuesasandwhen issues arise Monitor the use of materials and order stocks as necessary Send the order requests Ensure the effective use of equipment and materials Report all machinery faults EnsureallHealth&Safetyproceduresarefollowedandencouragesafeworkingpractices at all times Develop a good standard of employee relations Complete timesheets and deal with Payroll enquires Carry out specialist cleaning operations

    Person Specification:
    H&S Level3 or IOSH would be recommended Must havebasicHRskills,beabletoconductinvestigations,andmanagethe team. Must have worked within a similar role or a Managerial position for 3yrs plus. Must have good reporting skills and be able to generate reports. Must have good communication skills including writing skills. Must have a good understanding in management techniques & troubleshooting & problem- solving. Must have a full driving licence. Must be able to work well under pressure. DemonstrableexperienceinClientRelationshipandEngagement Management. Proficient IT skills particularly in MSOffice and Excel. Highly organised, hardworking and able to multi- tasking.
