- Lead: Oversee the technical delivery of essential wastewater and water infrastructure/treatment projects. Manage a team of approximately 10 civil engineers to provide valuable solutions to client challenges throughout the design lifecycle.
- Expertise: Offer technical expertise to the design team on all aspects of civil projects, from conceptual phases to implementation.
- Quality: Review and verify calculations, technical reports, drawings, and models to ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Collaborate: Work closely with clients and AECOM counterparts to secure stakeholder buy-in for solutions, while contributing to AECOM's broader technical capabilities and innovative approaches.
- Experience in designing and managing the technical delivery of water and wastewater networks and treatment projects from feasibility and outline design to detailed design and construction support.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills between teams, clients and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness with experience in monitoring and control of engineering budgets.
- A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject.
- Chartered Engineer Status (or approaching chartered status).
