ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

PAY RANGE; L6-L10
Required from Sept 2024
The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher and inspirational leader to join our dedicated team at Tidbury Green School. The successful candidate is someone who is able to demonstrate their commitment to our pupils, their education and safeguarding. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be a curriculum leader and core subject lead. Other responsibilities will include safeguarding and behaviour leadership and a class teaching commitment.
You must have;
An outstanding attitude and commitment to going over and above to lead and role model the highest expectations for teaching and learning as well as curriculum development.
A proven and highly successful record of a range of teaching experiences in the Primary Education sector.
An ambitious, reflective outlook and commitment to the continuous evidence-informed professional development of all staff.
Dedication to the use of educational research, the ability to use feedback to continuously improve practice and an avid interest in pedagogy.
Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a hard-working team.
A strong, confident and positive attitude towards making a difference to pupils' lives.
