Are you an ECT who is looking to start their career in teaching this September? Are you an individual who has a particular passion for working with KS1 and Early Years? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you as soon as possible
We are working with some lovely schools across West and North West London who are ready to start recruiting for the next academic year and bring on ECT's to join their teams of dedicated and passionate class teachers.
Plan and deliver lessons that align with the KS1 curriculum
Write assessments and reports
Observe and monitor student progression
Maintain consistent positive relationships with parents and guardians regarding their child's academic progress
Be observed by your assigned mentor to further develop your teaching strategies and success in the classroom
Attend meetings and INSET Days to further develop the internal development of the school
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
The ideal candidate will have:
UK recognised teaching qualification
Good knowledge of the KS1 Curriculum
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one at the beginning of the process
A caring and passionate disposition.
A can do attitude and the ability to take constructive criticism to improve teaching and learning strategies
