Are you an experienced Property Manager who's looking for the next step in your career?

Our clients a well-known and highly successful estate agency are currently looking for a Property Management Manager to join their team in the North London area.

The successful Property Management Manager will be offered:

Up to £43,000 basic
OTE up to £50,000
Company car

Working hours:

As a Property Management Manager, you'll be required to work full-time.

To be considered for the role of Property Management Manager you must have:

Minimum of 3 Years of Property Manager experience essential
ARLA qualified desirable
Highly organised and a positive work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure
Organise and manage your time and workload
Computer literate
Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Upbeat personality and strong work ethic

As the Property Management Manager your role will involve:

Oversee the team of property managers
Client liaising
Organising inventories/checkins
Property visits
Appointment and monitoring of contractors/ organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
Deposits resolution
Ensuring statute obligations are met
Collection of rent
Administration of new tenancies and tenancy extensions
