We are currently looking for a passionate
Technical Specialist to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, the heart of our operations, manufacturing life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading technical projects and the implementation of new business initiatives and technologies within Aseptic Service.
- Provide support to the Technical Manager in technical matters, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting of processes.
- Collaborate with the commercial department on technical aspects of new business development.
- Assist in the production process when required, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the creation, approval, and strict implementation of production operation instructions.
- Support in the qualification, maintenance, and validation of department premises and equipment.
- Assist in ensuring that all necessary training for department personnel is conducted effectively and updated as needed.
- Actively research and evaluate new technologies and methods to enhance the efficiency, quality, and performance of Aseptic Services.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process optimisation and proposing innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Proactively support other departments during peak periods to ensure smooth business operations.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills, comfortable interacting with various managerial levels.
- GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
