We are currently looking for a passionate
Technical Specialist to join our dynamic Aseptic Services team, the heart of our operations, manufacturing life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs.

Responsibilities:

Assist in leading technical projects and the implementation of new business initiatives and technologies within Aseptic Service.
Provide support to the Technical Manager in technical matters, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting of processes.
Collaborate with the commercial department on technical aspects of new business development.
Assist in the production process when required, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.
Contribute to the creation, approval, and strict implementation of production operation instructions.
Support in the qualification, maintenance, and validation of department premises and equipment.
Assist in ensuring that all necessary training for department personnel is conducted effectively and updated as needed.
Actively research and evaluate new technologies and methods to enhance the efficiency, quality, and performance of Aseptic Services.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process optimisation and proposing innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
Proactively support other departments during peak periods to ensure smooth business operations.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP.
Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
Effective communication skills, comfortable interacting with various managerial levels.
GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
