Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through staff producing around million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings

The Assistant Cook will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with all aspects of the business and service activities in the catering facility.
