We are formulation and needs driven and led support colleagues to develop their understanding of the child through therapeutic and psychological lenses. We draw upon theories and associated interventions for the neurological, self-regulatory and relational impact of trauma. We believe in continual professional development and train members of our team in relational/systemic models of work that fit our ethos. Additionally, there are established links with the wider network of psychologists and psychological therapists across the Swansea Bay Health board.
