We're on the hunt for a Senior Designer to join our team based in the lovely city of Winchester.

strategy, marketing, design, brand, modelling, digital, copywriting and content creation.

You'll have oodles of autonomy as here at epls and you'll get to take your projects from conception through to completion, always ensuring the highest levels of creativity.

You'll need to bring your A-game to every project you work on, and our supportive team will be there to help you shine every step of the way.

Be adept at crafting user-centric solutions that work across different kinds of projects
Consistently deliver high-quality design work to clients
Be commercially aware of the profitability of client accounts and the impact of time spent on them
Present a good understanding and knowledge of graphic design practices and processes
Know what's hot, what's not, and what's coming next in the world of design
Develop in-house solutions and innovations that we can sell to clients as standalone product(s)

Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and XD
