Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to oversee large RC frame, multi-phase developments in their region.

The selected candidate would be responsible for overseeing 2 projects currently in development and 1 project in pre-construction.

A key part of this position would involve working closely with design teams, to challenge programme and ideas when necessary and obtain best value for our client - these designs will cover all areas of engineering - methodology, sequencing on groundworks, sub structure, super structure and frame.

Other duties will include Temporary works governance, overseeing craneage, hoists, hoarding, pitch mats etc.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, having worked with a main contractor or developer on large scale RC frame residential projects.

Experience working directly with a consultancy as well as a main contractor would be advantageous. Our client has a solid pipeline of future work and provide first class progression opportunities. On offer - Basic salary to £80k
