As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to effectively communicate, sell products, and provide excellent service will contribute to the overall success of our business


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Utilize selling techniques to promote products and upsell additional items
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to upsell products and services to customers

Salary:
From £23,765.00 per year
