Macildowie are pleased to working alongside a fantastic business in
Long Eaton to recruit additions to their
Customer Service team as
Claim Handler.

This is a
full-time, temp to permanent opportunity (3 months temporary).
The shift patterns for this role are 07:00 - 14:30 (office based) then 13:30 - 21:00 (from home/remote).

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Ensure all claims are logged and resolved within the business target time.
Provide accurate and appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure full resolution.
Maintain all records of customer interactions, process accounts and file all required documentation.
