This is a fantastic opportunity for a Account Operations Administrator to join in supporting our expert sales team whilst delivering a highly professional customer experience in an exciting, fast-paced industry that allows for true personal advancement and career progression.

Job Purpose:

Provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and backorder management
Ensure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA's, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer
Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI's
