- Ensure all categories are performing at high levels, constantly monitoring performance and identifying risk and opportunities,
- Manage Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandise Admin Assistant, monitoring performance and adherence to deadlines,
- Liaise with internal teams including Buying, Marketing, retail and Online to ensure strategy is developed into sales,
- Demonstrate a commercial focus with a strong use of data to make informed decisions,
