    Required background:

    HousebuildingWe have been mandated to onboard a Head of Technical to oversee a significant team and circa 10 live schemes comprising both RC frame and traditional build apartments, plus some low rise housing.

    You will ensure the timely and budget conscious delivery of fully coordinated construction drawing packages through your team, assure that building control and warranty conditions are discharged to ensure smooth completion and delivery of units.

    Being up to date with the latest legislative changes and construction innovations, you will be pivotal in driving technical excellence, contribute in pre-construction and also participate in quality assurance inspections.

    A proven track record of leading a team including Senior Technical Managers is a prerequisite alongside a positive, collaborative approach and ability to drive schemes forward through others.
