Description
We are seeking a SEN 1:1 support worker for children aged 2-4 years old.

We require an experienced SEN support worker with:
*Patience

*A positive attitude

*A commitment to special education

*Excellent organisation skills

*Relevant teaching knowledge and skills

*Emotional resilience

*A flexible and creative approach to teaching.

*To be able to work with professionals and be sensitive towards parent/carer's feelings.

Must have experience working with children with additional needs.


The successful applicant will be working alongside a staff team to support various children throughout the setting that need some additional support and within nursery.

They will have guidance with this from current staff and the nursery manager and SENCO.

They will have a close working relationships with these staff and other professionals who provide support for the children and the child's family.

They will need to attend review meetings to work with these professionals.

They will need to have experience working with children who have additional needs and be willing to uptake training to expand their knowledge if necessary.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £10.60 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
