The Role

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity within our UK Finance Team here at ONYX Insight.

Reporting to our European Financial Controller you will be responsible for the day to day running of our Sales & Purchase Ledger.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to improve processes & drive efficiencies in the renewable energy industry with a global, rapidly scaling organisation.


What you'll do:

Sales Operations:

  • Ownership of the EU sales operations from order to cash
  • Credit control for the EU region
  • Raising of sales invoices
  • Liaising with sales support and European BDM's

Purchase Operations:

  • Ownership of the EU purchase to pay process
  • Timely posting of supplier invoices and reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Raising of purchase orders
  • Creation of bank payments
  • Other adhoc AP details

Cash Management:

  • Liaising with the Financial Controller and CFO in respect of cash management
  • Helping with the creation of the weekly cashflows

Ideally you'll have/be:

  • Previous experience in an accounts assistant role
  • A stickler for process and the desire to make continuous improvements to processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
  • Well organised and able to prioritise
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Ability to establish and maintain good business relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated and positive
