Team Administrator Inside IR35**
Contract Term: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

The Team Administrator will provide administrative support to the Strategy and Planning Team, as required.


You will be required to offer a pragmatic and resourceful approach to help resolve competing demands on the Teams availability and resources.

The role reports to a Grade 7 Commercial Manager.


As a Team Administrator your main responsibilities would be:

  • Contribute towards driving and delivering DgC's internal engagement and communication strategy, supporting activity to engage, inspire and inform staff by agreeing deadlines, content, and reviews of e-bulletins, newsletters and All staff calls
  • Manage the inyear bonus scheme and process bonuses
  • Provide support to the Culture and Wellbeing group Questions.
  • Coordinate responses to Freedom of Information Requests and Parliamentary Raise and manage DgC Purchase Orders including receipting and resolving any invoiced queries
- boxes.

  • Act as first point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders, managing enquiries received via ServiceNow
  • Ensuring that regular meetings, key stakeholder meetings and adhoc meetings are scheduled, meeting rooms and catering are booked and travel and accommodation arrangements are in place.
  • Delivering secretariat outputs for identified programme boards or key meetings, including setting agendas, creating PowerPoint slide decks, note taking, producing actions and monitoring outputs.
  • Working effectively as a member of the Team to maintain a core level of service, help and support other colleagues through the sharing of experience and best practice, and providing cover when required.
  • Note: An employee may be required to carry out additional duties within the scope of the grade and within the limits of their skill, competence and training.

You'll have relevant experience in:


  • Administration / Office Management experience
  • Efficient and organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in handling complaints or Freedom of Information Requests
