This is split into 4 silos - Project Delivery, Contract, Systems & IT, and Compliance, each with their own head of department and system of management.

We are looking for someone with prior experience of working in a fast-growing business, and experience from both the shop-fitting/construction and field service industries would be a major advantage.

This is a new role within the company, and one that is key to the development and strengthening of the Ops team as we gear for further growth.

We have Operations hubs in Leicester and London, and remote staff based across the UK. Travel to team events and for general management will be a part of the role.
Strategy - keep the big picture in mind and build for the long term.
Finance - help create budgets and then manage the departments to meet these.
Efficiencies - help us become a leaner, more effective and efficient organisation.
Implementation - a track record of seeing projects through to completion.
Acquisitions - help successfully onboard acquired businesses staff and clients.
Bachelors degree level education as minimum
Field Service experience highly regarded.
UK Driving License
