    Job summary

    An opportunity is available for hours monday to friday working / / depending on rota requirements and will be based at County Hospital Outpatients Reception

    Main duties of the job

    First point off contact with the public and other colleagues

    Checking in patients and ensuring demographics are correct

    Directing patient to the correct area in order to see the Consultant/ Nurse

    Prepping the paperwork in order for the Consultants to advise on the best care for the patients

    Completing the outcomes following clinics to ensure the patient is either discharged from clinic or adding to the correct follow waiting list so any further follow ups can be arranged in time order following Consultants advise

  • 5 GRADE C'S OR ABOVE TO INCLUDE MATHS AND ENGLISH or NVQ LEVEL 3 EQUIVALENT
  • Desirable

  • GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF IT
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
